Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The author confirms that this submission has not been previously published and is not currently under simultaneous submission elsewhere, particularly to other journals or publishers (except in the form of an abstract, part of an academic thesis, or archived in the author's institutional repository or personal webpage).
- The author confirms that (1) the Anonymous Manuscript (including the Main Text, Tables, Figures, and References) and (2) the Title Page (including Author Details, Funding, Acknowledgments, Conflict of Interest Statement, Author Contributions, Author Biography, Data Availability Statement, and Statement on AI Usage in Scientific Writing) are uploaded separately.
- The author confirms that the Anonymous Manuscript and Title Page are submitted in doc. or docx. format (NOT in rtf. or PDF format).
- The author confirms that the manuscript follows the correct layout: two columns, single spacing, A4 paper size (210 mm x 297 mm) with top, bottom, and right margins of 1.0 cm each and a left margin of 1.5 cm, using Goudy Old Style font, size 11.
- The author confirms that all files are prepared in clear and proper English or Indonesian.
- The author has clearly stated the permissions related to the instruments used in their study. If the instruments are in the public domain, this must also be explicitly declared. If no permissions are required, a clear explanation must be provided. Failure to provide this information may result in immediate rejection.
- The author confirms that they have followed reporting guidelines from the EQUATOR Network or NLM Research Reporting Guidelines and Initiatives, such as CONSORT, TREND, COREQ, STROBE, PRISMA, etc., for their research/review article.
- The author grants exclusive permission to JPS/Pubsains Nur Cendekia to convert my/our article abstract into a video and publish it through JPS/Pubsains Nur Cendekia channels.
- The author grants JPS/Pubsains Nur Cendekia, as the publisher, the right of first publication for all materials published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC 4.0)
- The author understands that failure to comply with the provided submission checklist will result in the immediate rejection of their manuscript.
- The author acknowledges that submitting duplicate submissions will result in being blacklisted.

Article Version Archiving
Authors are permitted to archive various versions of their manuscripts, including:
- Post-print (the final draft after peer review).
- Accepted version (the manuscript approved for publication).
- Published version (the final PDF version provided by the publisher).
All these versions may be uploaded to institutional repositories or personal websites, provided they adhere to the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.
