The journal focuses on promoting evidence-based knowledge and innovation in the care of women, mothers, and newborns. It encourages interdisciplinary collaboration between health professionals, researchers, and policymakers in order to improve maternal and reproductive health outcomes globally. MOGM emphasizes studies that contribute to the development of safe, ethical, and compassionate practices in obstetrics and midwifery, as well as innovations in technology, digital health, and reproductive care.

Gynecology: Reproductive endocrinology, infertility, menopause, menstrual health, and prevention of gynecological cancers.
